Overview
This is a park designed to educate and train about the environment where visitors can participate, enjoy, and learn by coming face-to-face with the abundant nature of Tokachi. This park aims to:
① Achieve coexistence between humanity and nature
② Educate and train visitors with an eye 100 years into the future
③ Inspire civic activity
④ Promote the entire Tokachi region
Landscape
A campground, picnic area, natural forest, walking path, and a large pond on the left banks of the Tokachi River
A visitor center, earthen pavilion, project house, 10 cottages, a Fuwa Fuwa Dome, a water and mist play area, and barbeque house on the elevated ground, the Totoroad Fishway Observation Center in the Makubetsu Area, and Chiyodaentei Park in the Ikeda Area, among other attractions.

Summer: explore the park by golf cart or rental bicycle
Winter: snow rafting, cross country ski rental, inner tube sled rental, snowshoe rental, snowman contest, painting, photography exhibits
