This is a park designed to educate and train about the environment where visitors can participate, enjoy, and learn by coming face-to-face with the abundant nature of Tokachi. This park aims to:

- A campground, picnic area, natural forest, walking path, and a large pond on the left banks of the Tokachi River
A visitor center, earthen pavilion, project house, 10 cottages, a Fuwa Fuwa Dome, a water and mist play area, and barbeque house on the elevated ground, the Totoroad Fishway Observation Center in the Makubetsu Area, and Chiyodaentei Park in the Ikeda Area, among other attractions. - Activities
